Membership Requirements
Basic qualifications for becoming a member of Pagasa Multi-Purpose Cooperative.
Filipino Citizen
Must be officially recognized as a Filipino citizen.
Resident of Valenzuela or Nearby Areas
Must reside in Valenzuela City or within nearby towns and barangays.
At Least 18 Years Old
Must be of legal age (18 years old and above) to give full consent.
With Source of Income
Should have a stable job, business, or other legal source of income to support membership.
Good Judgment and Decision-Making
Has the ability to make wise and voluntary decisions in joining the cooperative.
How to Be a Member
Follow these easy steps to become part of our cooperative community.
01. Preparation of Requirements
- Fill out and sign the Membership Form (available at the PMPC Office)
- Submit 3 I.D. pictures (2 pcs. 2x2, 1 pc. 1x1)
- Present 2 valid IDs (Driver’s License, Company ID, SSS, GSIS, School ID, etc.) and any Meralco or Telephone Bill under your name
02. Application Process
- Pay ₱150.00 for the membership and seminar fee
- Attend the Pre-Membership Educational Seminar (PMES)
03. Membership Approval
- The application will be decided upon by the Board of Directors within two weeks from the date of the seminar
